The Unshakeable Manby Ashley Edelman

The Bridge.Eight weeks. Ten men.

You have had the breakthrough. Probably more than one. This is the eight weeks where it stops being a weekend you remember and starts being how you live.

Applications open

Why it's called that.

The therapy, the circle, the retreat, the ceremony. You felt something real. You meant it. And then you went home, and within a fortnight you were the same man doing the same things.

That is not a failure of will and it is not because you need another breakthrough. It is because nobody built the bit in the middle.

A life-changing experience is only life-changing if you change your life.

Eight weeks is the bridge. That is the whole offer.

Who's in the room.

Men who built something. A business, a body, a name, a family. Men who get results and cannot sit still.

You have read the books. You have done the breathing thing. You white-knuckled your way through a hundred situations and you still react. So you already know the information isn't the problem.

What is missing is eight weeks of actually doing it, with men who will notice if you don't.

The eight weeks

Where it goes.

Same arc as the thirteen weeks one to one, run in a room instead of across a table, and done in eight.

Weeks 1–2

Arrive, and map it.

What is actually running you, and the pattern you keep repeating. Most men have never said it out loud in order. We start there, because you cannot change a thing you have only ever half looked at.

Weeks 3–4

Regulate, under load.

The practice that works in the car, in the meeting, in the argument. Not the one that works on a cushion when the house is quiet. If it only works when you are calm, it isn't a tool, it's a hobby.

Weeks 5–6

The root.

Where it started, and the part you have never said out loud. This is the deep end of the eight weeks and it is the reason the room matters. Ten men hearing it is what makes it stop being a secret.

Weeks 7–8

Build, and finish.

Living it instead of managing it. What you keep, what you drop, and what you do the next time it comes for you. You leave with a practice, not a feeling about a practice.

What you get.

Eight 90-minute group calls

One a week, with me, live on Zoom. Breathwork to get you into your body, then the work. Turn your camera off if you need to. Nobody performs in here.

Ten men, and that is the cap

Ten is small enough that you get spoken to by name every week and cannot hide at the back. It is the number, not a marketing number.

Every call recorded

Miss one and you catch up. Yours for as long as the group runs.

The Brotherhood, included for the eight weeks

The full practice library, the archive, and Pocket Mentor, so you have something to use on the six days a week we are not on a call.

The shape

Eight weeks. One call a week, same time every week, ninety minutes.

  • Ten men, and that is the cap
  • Every call recorded, yours to keep
  • Finished before you lose the thread of it

Dates go out to the list first. Put your name down on a call and you will know before anyone else.

How to get in.

Ten places, so I read every one of these myself. Tell me where you actually are. If it is not the right room for you I will say so, and I will tell you what is.

Fill in your name, email, where you are, and both questions.

Nothing to pay here. One confirmation email, then me. No sequence, no spam.

$1,997 for the eight weeks. Or three payments of $699.
  • Eight 90-minute group calls, live with me
  • Ten men, capped
  • Every call recorded and kept
  • The Brotherhood and Pocket Mentor, included for the eight weeks

Paying over time comes to $2,097. The hundred is the cost of spreading it, and it is here rather than at the checkout so it isn't a surprise.

Who this doesn't work for.

  • The man who wants someone to fix him. I am not going to do that.
  • The man who cannot commit to a ninety-minute call once a week for eight weeks. One of ten seats sitting empty takes something from the other nine.
  • The man who wants to float, not change.
  • The man who needs the room to be private. If what you are carrying cannot be said in front of nine other men yet, take the one to one.

If the room isn't right

There's thirteen weeks, one to one.

Twelve weekly sessions over thirteen weeks. Deeper, private, and it goes wherever it needs to.
