Is this you

From the outside, you're winning.

The business. The body. The name. You look completely in control.

Inside, you're running on adrenaline, hustle, and whatever quiets the noise. You can't sit still. You can't be present. And under all of it, there's a quiet voice telling you you're a fraud, and one day everyone finds out.

You built all of it to feel enough. It worked on the outside. It changed nothing on the inside.

So you keep running. Because stopping means feeling it.

What you actually want

Even if you'd never say it out loud.

Why this isn't another app you'll delete

I'm not standing here clean.

I was the chaos. Bodybuilder. Fighter. Stripper. Running on cocaine and conviction that I was one more win away from feeling it.

I won the PCA Pro Muscle Model World Championship to feel accepted. To be enough. It worked for about a week. Then I needed the next one.

In September 2024 I lived in a monastery in Chiang Mai for 30 days. Four to six hours of meditation a day. Eating twice. No noise. Just me and everything I'd been running from. That was the crack. Not a breakdown, just the first time I stopped long enough to feel what was underneath.

Breathwork was the thing that brought me back. Not because it was spiritual. Because it was physical. It got me out of my head and into my body for the first time in my life.

I know what it's like to be the most disciplined man in the room and the most out of control at the same time. That's why I'm not here to soften you. I'm here to bring you back to yourself, without making you small.

The work in action

What changes when the nervous system settles.

What I felt was beyond just breathing. A stillness, a memory, like I've been there before. While I was breathing, I felt as if I had lived that moment already. Something deeper. It felt very familiar. John, 1:1 Coaching Client
