In 2022, my marriage ended and my whole identity went with it.
I'd spent years building the version of myself I thought I was supposed to be. On stage as a competitive bodybuilder — "Ozzy" — I looked like someone who had everything together. Confident. Disciplined. In control.
I was a mess.
Anxious under the surface, always. Short-tempered. Couldn't set a boundary without it feeling like the world would end. I'd built a life around approval and performance, and I didn't even know it — because I was good at looking like I wasn't.
When the marriage fell apart, the performance stopped working. There was nowhere to hide from the version of myself I'd been carrying around.
I rawdogged the next year. Tried everything — therapy, meditation, reading everything I could get my hands on. All of it helped in moments. None of it changed how I felt in my body when something real happened. I'd understand something completely and then react exactly the same way I always had.
Then I sat in a breathwork session.
I'm not going to dress it up. I went in a sceptic. I sat down, followed the guidance, and about halfway through something shifted in my chest that I didn't have a word for at the time. The closest I can get to it is: safe. Just that. Physically, actually safe in my own nervous system. For the first time in years.
Not as an idea. As a felt thing.
That session cracked something open. I knew I needed to understand what had just happened — and I knew I needed to share it.
I trained as a breathwork facilitator. Went to a monastery to learn meditation properly. Spent three years rebuilding myself from the inside — not forcing a new version, but slowly remembering who I'd been before all the performance started.
I moved to Dubai. Built a community of 180,000 people sharing what I was learning. Facilitated breathwork sessions across the UAE. Started working with private clients — people who were where I'd been, doing what I'd done, hitting the same wall.
The work I do now is built on what got me through. The breath is the tool. The nervous system is the foundation. Feeling safe in your own body is where everything else starts.
I didn't build a curriculum. I drew a map while I was walking the path. And that's what I offer people.

Breathwork Facilitation
Trained and certified breathwork facilitator. Works with both functional (pranayama, regulation-focused) and transformational breathwork modalities. Runs private 1:1 sessions, group sessions, and corporate workshops across Dubai and online.
Nervous System Study
Deep personal and professional study of the autonomic nervous system, polyvagal theory, and somatic approaches to emotional regulation. The frame: the body leads, the mind follows.
Lived Experience
This is the one that matters most. Every methodology taught here has been lived first. The divorce. The identity collapse. The bodybuilding mask. The monastery. Three years of rebuilding from scratch. Nothing is taught from theory alone.

What this is actually about.
I'm not building a wellness brand.
I'm trying to give people the thing nobody gave me — a way to actually feel safe in their own body. Not as a concept. As a daily reality.
Most of the people who find this work are already trying hard. They're educated, self-aware, doing the things they're supposed to do. And they're still stuck — not because they're not trying, but because they've been trying to think their way through a body problem.
The nervous system doesn't respond to insight. It responds to safety. And safety isn't something you understand — it's something you feel.
The breath is how we get there. One at a time.
That's the work. That's what I'm here for.
